My name is Trinity Crahan and I am a current senior at Wakefield School. In the Fall of 2024 I will be attending Longwood University studying Environmental Sciences. Art has always played a prominent role in my life. It was present when I was young up until even now, where you can find that it consumed all of my free time. My passion for creative mediums has only grown over time as I have worked to hone my skills and broaden my knowledge and understanding of art, specifically painting. After studying O’Keeffe’s techniques through an independent painting assignment in art class, I found myself intrigued by her and her art and wanted to learn more about her. Choosing a topic that strikes home, I embarked on my journey of discovering O’Keeffe.
